Family Background: I am the daughter of Pauline Callow nee Harris and William Petterson. Mum side of the family is from Martu and Yamatji and my dad is Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal. I have travelled all over from WA to NT. I have three children I am one of several kids in our family being the 3rd youngest. I am related to most people around the Midwest northern goldfields area.
Career Highlight: For me it was becoming a local shire councillor for Wiluna and also completing the first WA Leadership program. Receiving an award for the Munjiltjarra Wurrgamu Group Strategy Survey at the Indigenious Governance awards back in 2014.

Describe a typical days work at the Foundation: Getting up following the school bus picking up kids, Role call and then going out visiting families talking about the importance of kids attending school. Then back to the school for lunch and recess activities
Favourite part about being a mentor: Interaction with the kids and community.
Personal inspiration: My inspiration are my kids and family they make me the person I am today
