Challenge your employees to take up Cookie’s 10 week Corporate Challenge.
The program has been specially designed by former Fremantle Dockers and Sydney Swans Player, to encourage workplace groups to work as a team and build healthier and more active lifestyles.
Cookie’s Corporate Challenge aims to gage and improve participant’s health and fitness by engaging them in weekly sessions. The program is built to incorporate teambuilding and challenge participants at various sports and activities they may not be familiar with.
Week 1: Presentation from a qualified Dietitian
Week 2: Initial fitness testing (Yoyo Test, Shuttle Run, Vertical Jump, Sit and Reach)
Week 3: Basketball - skills and match play
Week 4: Circuit training
Week 5: Yoga/Pilates
Week 6: Match play (Rec Footy/Netball/Soccer/Rugby)
Week 7: Boxing session
Week 8: Running Session
Week 9: Circuit/Boxing session
