• Donations made through the Website will be processed via the third-party online payment platform, GiveNow. Donors may be required to accept and comply with any applicable terms and conditions stipulated by GiveNow.
• Please note that GiveNow may deduct small administrative and credit card processing fees
• GiveNow operates independently as a third-party payment service. The Foundation is not liable for any disruptions or failures in communication or processing—regardless of the cause—that result in payment or payment details not being received or processed by GiveNow. A donation is considered received only when the Foundation has received the funds in its designated bank account. Please note that donations are non-refundable once processed.
• For us to deliver to you a tax receipt, you will need to provide us with your email address. We will provide you with a tax receipt only after payment has been received and processed by us.
• By donating, you acknowledge and agree that the Foundation may allocate the funds at its discretion. Information on how donations are used is available upon request. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
